Are there rules about challenging your packs Alpha, or about a second pack's Alpha challenging pack Alpha number one for control over both packs? Or would that have nothing to do about who lead the pack and more to do with testing the strength of one's opponent?

Whoever takes Alpha takes Alpha....
Rules are like Harmony... you follow them as best you can but sometimes a Werewolf has to die... so you kill them and suffer...
Typically whoever has the strength to hold Alpha, does... what that means is up to interpretation... Influence, or Brawn, Brains or Wit... many things can make a good Alpha....
You just have to formalize a challenge... and go from there...
I would like to see the players of the game adapt how this can work... but if all else fails we can fall on the old dueling rules... one challenges, the other chooses the weapon/location/time...
Cheers,
Aaron

Im interested on 1 thing. Say I challenge my Alpha and win, is there any rules if he wants to get another shot later at me about how long he has to wait? Or must he wait until I, as new Alpha, make a big mistake before he may attempt to challenge me back for his old position?

So if an alpha 2 challenged alpha 1 and won it would amalgamate the packs?

There is no segregation of packs when an Alpha loses... It means either the first Alpha becomes a Lone Wolf, or is simply put in a lower rank within the same Pack... So amalgamation concept? Throw it out the window.. If another pack's alpha challenges yours, it is an attack on your ENTIRE pack, that you must all fight for.... There is no time limit to when the challenge can be had again, and the only true way to crush an uprising is to kill the person challenging.... Hope that helps, Aaron
